1. Have a grateful heart.

Gratitude is an attitude to life, a kind of contentment, a kind of cherishment, and a kind of progress. Many things in life are worthy of our gratitude, such as fresh air, a peaceful environment, bright sunshine, and clean food. Especially in the Covid-19 pandemic, these things are even more precious.

Develop a good habit of being grateful at all times can help us form a positive cycle of good energy, so that we can attract joy and kindness everywhere in our life.

2. Maintain a positive attitude.

(1) Fewer complaints

Complaining is usually useless. It cannot solve the problem, it cannot make us feel good, and it wastes our precious time. On the one hand, the things we complain about usually have already happened and cannot be reversed. On the other hand, too many complaints are really negative, which harm our spirit, body, and even appearance.

(2) Simplify desire

There are too many temptations in this world. They often influence our decisions and mood. Sometimes following the trend of pursuing something you do not need at all is actually a waste and irresponsibility of your own life. Life is very short. Only when a person puts all his energy into the right and effective desires and does what he likes can he be physically and mentally happy.

3. Keep learning and stay energetic.

The meaning of learning is not to achieve a specific result, but in the process we can:

(1) Find positive energy.

(2) Exposure to more opportunities in the future.

(3) Improve our own thinking system.

(4) Expand personal network resources and get to know more people.

But we have to make sure that this learning goal is what we want; can bring us progress; is within our ability, economy, and time.

4. Act immediately without delay.

During the most severe period of the COVID-19 pandemic, I was trapped at home for a long time. Gradually, I started to become lazy, but my work did not disappear, they were still waiting for me to complete. I told myself every day that I would do it tomorrow, but every new day I said the same thing to myself. As the deadline approached day by day, I began to become more and more panicked. In the end, the guilt defeated me and I finally started to work. The panic did not disappear until the work was completed, and my mood became comfortable again.
For me, the most tormenting thing is mental suffering. From this period, I understand that procrastination can only make my mood and make my life more uneasy. Therefore, my suggestion is that whenever there is a framework or direction for the things you need to do, act immediately and make fewer negative presuppositions. It doesn’t matter if you make a mistake, just correct it while making the mistake.

I know it’s not easy to develop a good habit, but it doesn’t matter, we can take it step by step. From now on, keep a positive attitude and consciously start to change. Once you develop these habits, you will find that these habits will affect your entire life and make your world completely different.
